Being diagnosed with IBD

Being diagnosed with Inflammatory Bowel Disease is devastating. I’ve been so sick that some days I could barely get out of bed and went to the bathroom 17X. There is so much misinformation out there and it seems like every physician, health professional, or alternative practitioner has a different opinion on what to do. It took me $100K of wasted appointments, procedures and 6 painstaking years to attain remission from a serious case of Crohn’s Disease. I no longer use medication on a daily basis. What made the difference?

How I overcame IBD

I became obsessed, relentless, and I put myself first. I prioritized my health and the things that were absolutely essential to me like my happiness, my family, and my future.

I spent thousands of hours researching and I found out that there were so many things that I could be doing. At first I tried and failed, then I tried again and failed, and finally, I tried some more, refined my strategy more and more. I then succeeded. Big time. I did what no doctor, no medication, or surgery could do. I took back my health.

I changed my mindset and changed my life for the better using the evidence that was available.

Around the world right now more people have Inflammatory Bowel Disease (Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn’s Disease) than at any time in history. (no joke – this condition is spreading – everyone knows someone with IBD)

This is unacceptable. No one seems to know what to do and there is just chaos everywhere in how we are to approach this condition. No one should be needlessly suffering right now.

Why I launched IBDCoach

This is why I’ve launched IBDCoach – an approach that starts and ends with the patient – the human being at the center of it all. It starts and ends with you.

Enrolling in my course and community is for life, just like this condition. We give you the tools to accomplish what took me 6 years, in 6 weeks and we are with you every step of the way.

Let’s beat this.
